Product Returns
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have the right to return purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason, in accordance with general rules for distance contracts. This applies exclusively to consumer transactions, i.e., when the product is purchased by a natural person not related to professional or business activity.
Return Conditions
The product must be returned in an undamaged condition, in its original packaging, and with complete contents. There must be no signs of use or damage. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
Return Procedure – Step by Step:
1. Return Request: To start the procedure, go to your order page (using the "View my order" button in the purchase confirmation email or by logging into your store account).
2. Initiate: On the order page, click the "Request a return" button (or "Manage return").
3. Instructions and Label: After requesting a return, please be patient. Within 2-3 business days, we will send you an email containing detailed shipping instructions and a ready-to-use return label.
4. Verification: Once we receive the shipment, we will check the condition of the product within 3 business days.
5. Refund: If the product meets the return conditions, you will be notified of the positive approval. The refund will be made to the provided account number (or the same payment method used for the order) within 7 business days.
Important Information:
- The cost of initial shipping (if added to the order) is non-refundable.
- If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, the cost of that shipping may be deducted from the refund amount for the returned goods.
- The Sweet Knit store does not accept returns sent via COD (Cash on Delivery).
Return Rejection
If your return is rejected due to damage or signs of use, you will be notified via email. The product will be sent back to you at your expense within 7 business days.
