§ 1 Definitions
- Business Days – days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
- Civil Code – the Act of April 23, 1964, the Civil Code.
- Consumer – a consumer as defined by the provisions of the Civil Code.
- Account – a free function of the Store regulated by separate terms and conditions (an electronic service), allowing any entity using the Store to create their individual account.
- Buyer – any entity purchasing in the Store.
- Privileged Buyer – a Buyer who is a Consumer or a Privileged Entrepreneur.
- Privileged Entrepreneur – a natural person entering into a contract with the Seller directly related to their business activities but not of a professional nature.
- Terms and Conditions – these terms and conditions.
- Store – the online store www.sweet-knit.pl operated by the Seller at Ul. Pańska 73, suite 410, 00-834, Warsaw, Poland.

§ 3 Technical Requirements
For the proper functioning of the Store, the following are required:
- A device with Internet access
- An internet browser supporting JavaScript and cookies.
To place an order in the Store, in addition to the requirements specified in point 1, an active email account is necessary.
§ 4 Shopping in the Store
- The prices of products visible in the Store are the total prices per product.
- The Seller draws attention that the total price of the order consists of the price per product and, if applicable, the cost of delivery of the goods as indicated in the Store.
- The selected product to purchase must be added to the cart in the Store.
- Then, the Buyer selects the method of delivery of the goods and the payment method for the order from the options available in the Store, as well as provides the necessary data to fulfill the placed order.
- The order is placed at the moment of confirming its content and accepting the Terms and Conditions by the Buyer.
- Placing an order is identical to concluding a contract between the Buyer and the Seller.
- The Buyer can register in the Store, i.e., create an Account, or make purchases without registration by providing their data with each potential order.
§ 5 Payments
You can pay for your order using one of the following methods, depending on the Buyer's choice:
- Regular bank transfer to the Seller's bank account;
- Payment by card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.);
- Through a payment platform (Stripe, przelewy24.pl);
- Cash on delivery, i.e., by card or cash at the time of delivery of the goods to the Buyer;
If the Buyer chooses to pay in advance, the order must be paid within 7 business days from the date of placing the order.
The Seller informs that in the case of payment methods where the field for entering the necessary data for payment appears directly after placing the order, payment for the order is possible only immediately after placing the order.
By shopping in the Store, the Buyer accepts the use of electronic invoices by the Seller. The Buyer has the right to withdraw their acceptance.
§ 6 Order Fulfillment
- The order fulfillment time is up to 15 business days.
- If the Buyer has chosen to pay in advance for the order, the Seller will proceed with fulfilling the order after it has been paid.
- Goods are delivered exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
- Products purchased in the Store are delivered depending on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer:
- Through a courier company;
- To InPost parcel machines.
- If the Buyer chooses personal pickup, the goods will be ready for pickup on the specified order fulfillment date.
§ 7 Right to Withdraw from the Contract
- A Privileged Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller through the Store, subject to § 8 of the Terms and Conditions, within 14 days without providing any reason.
- The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day:
- on which the Privileged Buyer took possession of the goods or on which a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Privileged Buyer, took possession of the goods;
- on which the Privileged Buyer took possession of the last good, batch, or part, in the case of a contract obliging the transfer of ownership of multiple goods delivered separately, in batches, or parts.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Privileged Buyer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email).
- A Privileged Buyer may use the sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
- The Seller will refund all received payments, including the cost of delivering the goods, within 14 days from the day of receiving the withdrawal statement.
§ 8 Exceptions to the Right to Withdraw from the Contract
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to contracts:
- where the subject of the service is non-prefabricated goods produced according to the specifications of the Privileged Buyer;
- where the subject of the service is goods subject to rapid deterioration;
- where the subject of the service is goods delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned once opened for hygienic reasons;
- where the subject of the service is sound recordings, visual recordings, or computer programs delivered in sealed packaging after opening;
- for the supply of journals, periodicals, or magazines;
- where the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the Seller has no control.
§ 9 Complaints
I GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The Seller is liable to the Privileged Buyer for the compliance of the service with the contract, as provided by law.
- Complaints regarding the functioning of the Store should be directed to the email address specified in § 2 of the Terms and Conditions.
- The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days from its receipt.
II PRIVILEGED BUYERS
- In case of non-compliance of the goods with the contract, the Privileged Buyer has the possibility to exercise the rights specified in Chapter 5a of the Consumer Rights Act.
- The Seller is liable for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract revealed within two years from the moment of delivery of the goods.
- A Privileged Buyer may demand the exchange or repair of the goods.
- A Privileged Buyer may submit a statement to reduce the price or withdraw from the contract if:
- The Seller refused to bring the goods into conformity with the contract;
- The lack of conformity of the goods with the contract is so significant that it justifies a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract.
§ 10 Personal Data
- The Seller is the data controller of the Buyer's personal data. Detailed information about data processing can be found in the Privacy Policy.
- The Buyer's data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders. The legal basis for processing is the contract, legal obligation, or the Seller's legitimate interest.
- The Buyer has the right to request access to their data, rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing.
§ 11 Reservations
- The Buyer is prohibited from providing content of an unlawful nature.
- Contracts concluded in the Store are in the Polish language.
- In the event of a dispute with the Buyer, the competent court will be the court competent for the Seller's registered office.
